    Ingredients:

    • 6 medium potato, peeled and thinly sliced (about 6 cups)
    • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
    • 2 cans (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 2/3 cup water

    Steps:

    1. Stir the potatoes, onion, soup, water and ham in a large bowl.
    2. Spoon the potato mixture into a 3-quart shallow baking dish.
    3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
